I think I'm going to make an image specifically for certain types of updates. Something that's less a sketch and more of an actual piece of digital art or something. We'll see.
More importantly, I've finished scripting the next 25 -30 pages (depending on how I arrange panels and stuff) of Relic! It's been an emotional end of the week for me but it feels good to be making progress again. Looking forward to learning how to do this web comic thing and showing you all my story.
In related news, I'm looking for a web designer to help work with me in developing a website to post it on, but for now I'll just be posting the chapters as complete sets here on Patreon and maybe some social media sites. If you guys have any suggestions, let me know.
I hope everyone is having a good weekend!
Hi! I know it's been a REALLY long time since i've been on this site, and for those of you who are still following me I am really grateful. I've been through a lot of stuff and been on a bit of an artistic hiatus while I got my life together and took some advice from loved ones.
But now I'm BACK and I have a new project I'm working on to fullfill a dream of mine. I'm making a manga!
Well it's technically a comic since it'll be read left to right, but it's also technically unimportant since Comic and Manga mean the same thing just in different locales. Semantics aside, i'm putting together a graphic narrative for your enjoyment, but I need your help.
I want to make this my life style and become the next Tite Kubo or Akira Toriyama and create something that spans multiple mediums and brings joy to young anime nerds like me. I'll do what I can, but if I want to focus on this project I want to be able to devote more time to it, meaning I'll need a way to eventually leave my job and make this comic my main source of income.
For that I have joined Patreon! https://www.patreon.com/user?u=6644417
Join me in making the next big Shonen-style manga and enjoy the perks of exclusive sneak peaks at future characters/settings, one on one advice, updates on the road to mangaka, first dips on merchandise and swag, and much more! No minimums, just knowing this is something you might take an interest in is more than enough, and spread the word!
Also, I'm new to Patreon and am in need of suggestions on what people would want as far as compensations go before I set up the tiers. So far, hentai material and cameos of custom characters seem to be pretty popular. Let me know what you guys think!
